Gary Wood earned a PhD in Economics and Finance from the University of Texas in Austin. He then joined the faculty of the University of Texas in San Antonio, and later moved to Baylor University, where he served on the faculty of the business school. While at Baylor, Gary was asked to join the staff of US Senator John Tower and took a two-year leave of absence from Baylor to join the Washington staff of the Senator. Senator Tower asked Gary to serve as the Chief Economist of the Republican Policy Committee of the US Senate.
Following his leave of absence, Gary was appointed Director of Government Affairs at Baylor, where he worked until he was hired to be President of the Texas Research League in Austin. Following a nine-year tenure at the Research League, Gary joined Collins Financial Services in 1997. He rose to the position of President and stayed with Collins through 2009. During his working career, Gary served six years as a member of the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. He also served as a member of the Board of the Receivables Management Association International, (RMAI) where he was President for two (2) years and continues to represent RMA International in their Governmental affairs as a lobbyist.
Michael ‘Steve’ Bagley has worked as a business analyst, data analyst, data scientist, IT developer and IT systems integrator for over 20 years. He is a systems design expert with award winning and patented designs in Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist systems for Fortune 100 companies. He currently serves as a Compliance consultant to Fortune 100 companies keeping leading enterprises in compliance with federal regulatory and compliance laws. His work has saved these companies hundreds of millions of dollars in federal regulatory fines. In his free time, Steve practices martial arts as a black belt in American style karate and is writing a relationship book with his wife April.
Charles B. Pearlman is a partner with Pearlman Law Group, LLP. He has practiced law for more than 40 years with both national and regional law firms and has extensive experience all areas of corporate and securities law. Mr Pearlman has represented both corporate clients and investment banking firms.
While attending Law school, Mr. Pearlman worked for the New York Stock Exchange and a NYSE member firm. Upon graduation he served as an attorney with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission in its New York and Miami offices.
Since that time he has maintained his practice in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In addition he has served as a member of the board of directors for two public companies.
Mr. Pearlman received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in New York and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice in Florida and New York.
